2005 Winnebago VW Rialta 22FD motorhome nice RV in Charlotte, North Carolina For Sale

This is a VERY NICE xxxx VW RIALTA 22FD, 2.8L VR6 Volkswagen engine with just 43,123 miles. This RV is rust-free and the exterior has a high gloss finish. There are some very small nicks but overall the exterior is in very good condition. Some of the chrome on the wheels have worn off. See pictures for more detail. The generator has about 74 hours. Tires are good with about 90% tread.
This RV drives easy, can be parked in a regular parking space, is very comfortable, quiet, has plenty of power and is economical on gasoline. Highway gas mileage is about 21-23, and 17-19 mpg in the city. This min-moterhome has the two rear twin beds, a flat screen TV/DVD, booster antenna, pull out shower with curtain, 2 burner stove, microwave, fridge, small pull out table and swivel chair. The fabrics, blinds and rug are in very good condition with no rips, tears. This is a smoke free unit. The color scheme is gray. The stove has never been cooked on. The cab has beautiful leather captain chairs that when parked can swivel around to make a nice sitting area. The windows in the cab are tinted. Also, have the privacy curtain that snaps around.
