I am selling my chocolate brown suede couch that was purchased from Kimbrells in Salisbury, NC in September xxxx. It is in perfect condition! I am relocating and need to sell it as soon as possible. It comes from a home with a cat, but she doesn't like it so there are no scratches or damage to the couch from her or any other reason. I am asking $400 for it, but the price is negotiable.
