Musician wanted to give voice lessons in Charlotte, North Carolina For Sale

I wanted to buy a few sessions as birthday present for someone with a great voice. Prefer someone who's not a "traditional" voice instructor and has taste in old country western, independent, blues, etc. Person I'm buying for is male, 33, and like I said, has a great amateur voice.
