We are a family owned real estate company located in Southern California and expanding our property management in the Charlotte, NC market. We are looking for an exceptional Junior Asset Acquisitions Manager to secure single family home properties through retail avenues (brokers, banks) for the metro Charlotte, NC area. This is a hands-on position. You will be work with brokers, find bank owned properties, do pro forma work, and forecast areas that are profitable for purchase.
We will conduct a background check, including driving record.

You will be working from a home office but travel to the metro Charlotte, NC area.
What you need for this position:
- 2+ years in an Acquisitions role in a Real Estate Developer, Property Management, or Construction environment with previous experience in acquiring residential properties.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work in a high paced, ever changing environment.
- Must be adaptable and flexible.
- Have a clean driving record
