Job Description
A Charlotte apartment community is in need of an experienced leasing consultant to complete the management team. An ability to multi-task, take direction well, and have a positive attitude is essential. Please include resume with email response.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide leasing information and bring prospective residents to tour onsite facilities
• Answer phone calls from residents and prospective residents
• Field service requests from current residents
• Walk apartments to ensure they are neat, clean and ready to show
• Prepare any and all required paperwork, i.e., leases, applications, security deposits, etc.
• Process prospective resident application screening process
• Perform any other duties as assigned by property manager or asst manager
