Job Description
A Charlotte apartment community is in need of an experienced maintenance technician to complete the maintenance team. An ability to multi-task, take direction well, and have a positive attitude is essential. Please include resume with email response.
Responsibilities include:
*Completes all maintenance work orders with proper certification, including electrical, plumbing and air conditioning (HVAC).
*Completes necessary maintenance on each apartment for move-ins.
*Maintains common areas for safety and appearance, including keeping the grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
*Ensures resident satisfaction when working in an apartment.
*Maintains resident contact regarding maintenance problems in apartments.
*Performs apartment turnovers to company standards.
*Property and unit inspections
*Completes all other projects or requests as directed by property manager.
