FACILITY CONTRACTOR/REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST - Rotator Staffing Services (Charlotte, NC) in Charlotte, North Carolina For Sale

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Landlord negotiations – Negotiate directly with landlords and collaborate with other departments to resolve property management issues and existing site modifications (such as antenna changes, antenna additions, generator additions, etc.) Submit all applications for site changes. 2. Coordination & Tracking - Coordinate and track all real estate activities and due diligence required in support of the current Real Estate plan. Coordinate with outside engineering firm to assure that applications, approvals and licensing are aligned with construction activities. 3. Create and maintain all working and historical files for Network Real Estate Group. 4. Contract review & compliance – Review contracts to make sure in compliance with VzW standards. Order and review environmental and structural reports for accuracy. 5. Release to construction – coordinate and inform construction once legal documents are in place. 6: Previous Site Acquisition experience necessary. 7: Previous Real Estate work experience 3 to 5 years. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic knowledge related to legal contracts, property management, real estate and zoning regulations. Strong problem solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, word). Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle complex technical agreements and contentious issues. Strong negotiation skills.
