Coordinates and oversees completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle of Real Estate related projects

Develop a thorough understanding of program level requirements and strategic goals
Provide a direct conduit for communications and requirements between Real Estate Support
Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders

ASSOCIATES DEGREE MINIMUM REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in engineering, facilities management, or business administration)
2-5 years of work experience in facilities management.
Minimum of three years telecommunications real estate experience with a major carrier.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation skills and conflict management skills
Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project
