I am looking for a flip/rehab partner in the Midwest.
I would like to develop a relationship with an equity partner to perform a short term investment, aka flip. I have contractor relationships, available properties, some capital and time to put into this partnership. I would like to keep some time and money available for other ventures, hence my need for a partnership.
