Job Description:
As a Leasing and Property Manager you will be responsible for leasing and managing assigned properties along with various financial, marketing, customer service and staff management duties. The Leasing and Property Manager will also handle and/or delegate other roles that arise over the course of the day.
Other Duties Include:
:Meeting with prospective tenants to show and provide information about properties
: Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations
: Professional verbal and written communication skills
: Strong ability to close a sale
: Strong attention to detail, organizational, time:management and problem solving skills
: Detail oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities on a daily basis
:Inspecting grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance
:Managing and overseeing operations, maintenance staff and improvement of commercial properties
:Negotiating leases and preparing or reviewing documents and administrative forms
:Other duties as specified
