Motivated Real Estate Agent Wanted To Join Niche Investment Brokerage:
We need someone who can EXECUTE and is motivated to work hard on our deals. Our local residential redevelopment brokerage, Bee Home Solutions, Inc., is growing and we have a great opportunity for you to utilize your sales skills and develop and execute on the latest marketing techniques (internet, etc.). We are looking for ONE excellent licensed NC real estate agent to join our niche real estate team at this time. The ideal candidate will list all of our short sale, REO, & redeveloped property as well as work with new buyer clients that we generate (Rent To Own and Conventional Brokerage).
The ideal candidate should also have excellent sales & organizational skills, listening, negotiating and verbal communication skills as well as being a self-starter who can excel in an entrepreneurial environment. This person must be able to adapt to our new, technological environment with the provided training as well as be excited about change. Our team is excited to continue growing in this volatile market and wants to provide a unique learning opportunity.
Job Summary: Manage pipeline of active deals, help execute on our extensive marketing plan to sell houses and obtain buyers, communicate and negotiate with buyers/sellers and their agents on a daily basis, hold open houses to attract buyer prospects. Other duties may apply as we are constantly upgrading and improving our processes. 
Job Requirements: Must be able to start Immediately if its a great fit on both sides. Great communication skills, friendly and cheerful, sensitive with clients in distressed situations; strong interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills a must. You must have the ability to want to learn new concepts. Able to prioritize, juggle multiple tasks, be flexible, and willingness to pitch-in as team member, capacity to work under pressure and time constraints. Candidate must be dependable and trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential client information.
Preferred Skills are typing, email, fax, organizational, and basic internet knowledge are a must. You should have a fully equipped home office if needed. The right candidate has to be able to work with little or no supervising and must be VERY driven. You will be trained however so no fear there. We are looking for someone to get excited about where we are taking the company, and help execute on the new real estate technologies to get us there.
This is 100% commission based, training is provided and work can be done from our office and your home (based on what needs to be accomplished)... the compensation will be very good. You also can work with your own listings and buyers within this model as well.
Probationary period of 90 days. If you have other commitments that will prevent you from devoting 100% to this job then do not apply.
