Project Assistant-Real Estate Administration - Carolinas HealthCare System (Charlotte, NC) in Charlotte, North Carolina For Sale

This position supports the AVP-Real Estate Services, the Leasing Attorney, the Director of Real Estate Development, and the Director of Leasing. The incumbent completes administrative, organizational and project tasks for Real Estate Services projects and operations that support real estate development, parking, leasing legal services and lease management services. Essential Functions: Develops and edits presentations, charts and tables, and other presentation materials assuring a professional and consistent level of design using all Microsoft Products Produces project support materials and finishing of those products to include copying, binding and note booking Uses the Internet to research pertinent project information and conduct specific topical research Investigates and promotes lean office operations to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures and expenditures Prepares administrative department budget in cooperation with FMG Ops and executive input Develop, utilize and maintain filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions when requested Maintain managements appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel Maintains Real Estate Services files on SharePoint and creates, and/or updates department reports Answers telephones, assists callers by taking messages or transferring calls to appropriate person/voice mail Prepares and processes expense reports, purchase requisitions, disbursement requests, travel authorizations, etc. to support routine office operations in accordance with established policy and procedure Maintain and protect confidential or sensitive records and information Provides departmental administration including updates and edits on the organizational chart and phone listings, new employee coordination, mailroom and other communications Coordinates supply orders, business cards, and publications Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor is Degree Preferred Minimum of three years progressively responsible administrative experience required.
