Prepares monthly financial reports and insures accuracy of general ledger information Oversight of lease data and rent rolls for continual accuracy. Ensure tenant information is up to date and correct through lease interpretation and cross-referencing against other property information. Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual recoverable charges reconciliation Performs quarterly CAM reconciliations and assembles the necessary detail and back-up for the tenant’s use Prepares management reports, including but not limited to: budget reforecast, annual operating reports, complex cash flow reports, and CAM information Ensures reports/documents (financial information) are forwarded to appropriate parties and maintains applicable documentation for internal control purposes Preparation of annual loan amortization schedules for budget purposes. Review and approval of debt service invoicing Preparation and execution of sales tax transmissions Assist in the preparation of financial information necessary for partnership tax returns to include fixed asset review and reconciliation. Meets Accounting Department calendar deadlines Assists in the preparation of the quarterly and annual budgeting and reforecasting processes Software research and troubleshooting Preparation of bank reconciliations Preparation of straight line rent calculations Assists with the preparation of special projects Other related duties may be assigned as necessary Improves processes related to above duties and responsibilities
