Title: Real Estate Lending Client Assurance and Complaints Management Analyst Location: NC-Charlotte Other Locations: Description: This position will work with the Lending operations manager supporting TIAA-CREF Trust Company, FSB (the "Trust Company") on a wide variety of matters to support the lending activities of TIAA-CREF''s federal savings bank. A primary responsibility of this position will be the oversight and management of the client experience. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: * Assist in the creation and validation of internal and external processes and procedures; * Assist with various aspects of lending operations, including review and updating of policies, procedures and controls as well as transaction documentation; * Create procedures for review and discussion of mid-process surveys with the vendor's fulfillment management team 4. Review and management of all production reports supporting real estate lending 5. Work with internal partners to mitigate and recommend solutions to ongoing issues 6. Build complete complaints process oversight and engagement 7. Provide monthly business recommendations / summary presentations to management team. 8. Assist with complaint review and provide recommendation to leadership team on requested fee waivers. Other duties include: Delivery of analysis in well documented presentations. Communicate and support results of analytics (verbally and written) in person and on conference calls Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed and serve as subject matter expert. Assist in day-to-day work requests for real estate lending. Qualifications * Bachelor''s degree required * In depth knowledge of real estate lending documentation and applicable regulatory and compliance guidelines * 3 year's real estate lending experience, at a bank or mortgage lender. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills a must. * Demonstrated ability to maintain documentation and corporate records. * Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Professional and PowerPoint required. * Ability to coordinate with professionals and managers from across the Trust Company''s business lines to meet changing deadlines. * Ability to coordinate with professionals and managers from approved vendors to meet changing deadlines. * Attention to detail with strong oral and written communications skills.
