Real Estate Paralegal required in Charlotte NC and Dallas TX - Artech Information Systems in Charlotte, North Carolina For Sale

Paralegal with 7 + years experience in some combination of (1) transactional real estate, including lease reviews, amendments and extensions as well as purchase and sale closings and closing documentation preparation, and (2) corporate purchasing/supply chain and/or contract management. In Lieu of purchasing/supply chain experience, significant contract drafting/review experience in other practice areas may be considered. This position supports a contract-based practice in which nearly all transactional work is performed by the internal legal team, so evidence of strong writing and communication skills is a must. Top candidates will be organized and detailed-oriented self-starters who are adaptive to changing environments and work well in a team context. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, experience with commercial or proprietary data and document management systems preferred. 1.
