Greetings, I?m currently looking for a reliable, respectful, professional roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. I recently just purchased this condo and I?m looking to move in by the end of next month (April xxxx). I will be willing to occupy the second room to a male or female starting May 1 xxxx (maybe sooner). About the Condo: The condo has a 1,085 sf floor layout with laminate hard floors. The condo comes with a detached one car garage (for your personal stuff, but we will talk further). You will have your own room and bath. It is on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are with carpet. I don?t know the square foot of the room but these rooms are pretty spacious. Location: xxxx7 Deer Valley Drive Cornelius, NC xxxx1. Alexander Chase Condos off Westmoreland. Minutes away from Birkdale, Lake, I-77, and social gatherings. Literally, everywhere takes 5 minutes to get to. It?s the perfect spot. Amenities: The pool is huge and well-maintained; you will have your own key to access the pool and gym. There is a walking path behind these buildings to get to Birkdale. Clubhouse is great for parties. Personal Requirements: I?m looking for a professional individual who can hold their own weight. Must be employed and have a full-time job, must be clean and respect my belongings, must be willing to interact with each other and communicate well. NO PETS! Leasing: When moved in, I will have a leasing contract that will summarize your stay. $500 for deposit, and $500 per month in advanced. This will be a YEAR LEASE!
