Hello, I am trying to sublease my room out to another girl (girls only). It is a four bedroom/ four bathroom apartment with three other girls as roommates. I live on the third floor in University Village. Rent each month is 475 with all utilities included. There is free wifi, gym, tanning bed, and a really nice pool. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a walk in closet for each person. My lease ends August xxxx and you can renew after that if you wish to stay longer. Starting August xxxx the rent will go down to 465 a month with all utilities included. There is a huge parking lot with plenty of spaces. If you have any other question please let me know.
