I am seeking a room that has an attached bathroom and is furnished. I am open to other areas but South Charlotte and surrounding area is my preference for convenience due to work. I work for the County and am on call every other week so I may be in and out some evenings. I am a professional male who does not smoke or drink and is seeking a like environment. I am a runner and mountain biker who is respectful and quiet and am seek the same.
