I am graduating college in May and I am leasing an apartment in the northern part of Charlotte, very close to Northlake Mall. I am looking for a roommate through September starting on May 1st. The lease is a short term lease at the Oaks apartment complex in Charlotte. It has 2 BR/2 BA and a split floor plan, so the rooms are separated by the kitchen and living room. It also has a patio over looking an outdoor volleyball area, access to a nice pool, gym, and it is gated overnight. The pictures attached are with the current renters furniture, so that will move with the current renters. The rent is currently $895 (and that doesn't include utilities). There isn't a washer/dryer in the actual apartment, but there is a hookup and also a laundry room on the complex grounds. I am also looking into getting Wifi to split for the duration of the lease as well. Let me know if you are interested in possibly subleasing this apartment!!
