I'm looking for a roommate, the person that was supposed to move in, told me last minute that he changed his mind about moving in. So I need to find someone right away, I will be conducting an interview with you to before I decide everything. There is no washer and dryer in the apartment, but there are some in the apartment leasing office. And I don't have any living room furniture yet, but I might be getting some sooner or later. It's a two bedroom and on the second floor. Nice and spacious. Requirements: -You have to be able to sign the lease. -You must be able to pass a criminal background check -No big partiers -No drugs -No smoking in the apartment -You have to have a job and be able to pay your half of the bills --If you have any pets it will be a $300 deposit which you will pay if you want them there. - Bills: -Rent is $950 (split in half) -Gas is $10.70 -Internet is $64 (split in half) -Power I'm not sure about because it ranges. -Water bill is always around $33 Contact me if you have any more questions please send me a text.
