Hello, I am 27 year old professional male working as a senior strategy analyst for an aerospace company in Charlotte. I have a finance background, born and raised in Chicago, and have lived and worked in Indianapolis and Maryland/DC prior to moving to Charlotte last year. I work a lot and when I am home I am usually just watching tv or playing video games with friends. If I am free on the weekend, I tend to go play golf, explore, or play poker. I don't drink or host parties. I don't have a problem with alcohol or guests as long as we are respectful of the space we are sharing and communicate. Same goes for overnight guests. I am looking for an easygoing roommate, male or female, that is mature, financially secure, responsible, and would like to share a rather nice and spacious townhouse. It is 2 floors with both bedrooms on the 2nd. Each bedroom is master sized with walk in closets and full bathrooms. The room that is available is the larger of the two. I have had numerous female roommates in the past and can provide references, including my current one, if needed. We would split utilities and cable/internet which usually is about $125-$150 a month, per person.
