Notebook/Laptop Computers and Tablets Wanted in Charlotte, North Carolina For Sale

I would like to buy laptops or tablets (No Macs or Apple Products) that are no older than 4 years old. The laptops need to have at least a Windows Vista or Windows 7 coa sticker on them. I prefer to buy these in bulk if possible but I will also buy your broken or unwanted laptop one at a time if the price is right, usually $20.00, $30.00 or $40.00 and sometimes more depending on the condition. If anyone knows of a place that sells laptops in bulk at a reasonable price, please let me know.
